PAYMENT AND ORDERS :

You can make payments via bank transfer to the account number indicated on invoice or via Credit Card.
Orders always paid in advance. These remain the property of the supplier until the time that there has been full payment of the price.

Climax21.com reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of orders.

Climax21.com reserves the right to refuse an order for any member who has a dispute.

DEFECTIVE MATERIAL RETURNS :

Only return defective merchandise will be accepted and within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt thereof.

If the reception of the goods shows that the product is defective, it will be exchanged for the same item in perfect condition. In case there is no stock at that time, the defective item would be paid.

In order to make the change of the article, you need to send it to us with the original package. Any product that is manipulated, broken or has been used for reasons of hygiene and public health (Paragraph 3 , Article 45 of the Retail Trade Act ) will not be changed.

DELIVERY TIME :

Peninsula : 24/48 hours from receipt of payment for the goods .
Balearic Islands: 48/72 hours from receipt of payment for the goods .
For shipments to the Canary Islands and international consulting.

You should be aware that no packages , Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays are dispatched.

For shipments are delivered properly, make sure that your address data and contact phone your order is correct. otherwise , nis we responsible for the delay in delivering the same.

DELIVERY COST:

Peninsula -Carriage paid for orders over € 110 plus VAT. - Orders below this amount are € 6.00 postage plus VAT.
Baleares - Carriage paid for orders over 300 € plus VAT. - Orders below this amount the shipping is € 13.50 plus VAT.
